Hey, I’m Kat! I’m a maternity and lifestyle photographer based in Austin Texas. For over 16 years, I’ve had the honor of capturing people through life’s most meaningful seasons. 01. The Inquiry
First things first, you’ll fill out my contact form to check my availability + I'll send you my pricing deck.
02. The DTR
Next, we’ll set up a call. This is a time for us to have a vibe check + make sure we’re a good fit. And also for me to answer any + every question about my photography, rates, process, etc.
03. The Deal
Post call, I’ll send you a custom quote. When you’re ready to book, I’ll send you a virtual contract. Once we both sign , you’ll receive an email with a signed contract to download for your records.
04. The Fee
From there once I receive your date reservation fee (50% of your total invoice), I will officially reserve your date. Pop the bubbly y’all b/c we’re about to create some magic!
05. The Shoot
If you’ve booked a lifestyle or engagement session, at this point we’ll vision board, set the date, and make it happen!
06. 6 Weeks Out
6 weeks from your wedding date, we’ll connect and finalize your wedding itinerary and day of shot list.
07. 4 Weeks Out
Your will receive your remaining balance, and your final wedding payment is due. Credit card and checks are accepted.
08. Week Of
I’m here to support you + help your day go as smoothly as possible. I’ll be in contact with your entire team including coordinator, videographer, DJ, etc. to ensure we’re all on the same page.
09. 6 Weeks Post
You’ll receive your custom proofing gallery with high res edited images ready for download + printing. On average you will receive 75-100 images per 1 hour of shooting.
10. 16 Weeks Post
Once you make your album image selection; it’s about a 3-4 month process from start to your custom leather bound album at home on your coffee table to enjoy for years to come!

FAQs
When is the best time for engagement photos?
If you're sending save the dates, then 3 months prior to that! If you're not, then let's find a time that has the best light, weather + lines up with both of our schedules!
How long have you been shooting?
I have been professionally shooting full-time since 2008. Ya...I'm older than I look.
Do you bring a 2nd shooter?
Unless your wedding is less than 50 people, I will always bring a second shooter to every wedding. This allows me to get a holistic perspective of the day.
Do you offer retouching?
I offer basic retouching + color correction on all my images (take a look at all my website images + you can expect images edited in a similar vein). If you are wanting extra love to your photos, I offer a retouching fee of $150/hr.
How many photos will I recieve + by when?
On average, you’ll receive 75-100 fully edited, high-resolution images per hour of shooting. Your custom proofing gallery will be delivered within 8 weeks of your wedding + 2 weeks from your engagements.
